If required, in our sole judgment, in order to maintain adequate security measures in light of the size and/or nature of your function, you will provide, at your expense, security personnel supplied by a reputable licensed guard or security agency doing business in the city or county in which we are located, which agency will be subject to our approval. Such security personnel may not carry weapons.Your Event Manager will provide you with an up-to-date list of recommended security companies.
All security guidelines, to include indemnity and insurance aspects, will be provided to you by your Event Manager. We recommend using our in-house security over an outside contractor as our team has first hand knowledge of the property, staff and the ability to communicate via Nextel with other security team members. The cost of a Hilton Anaheim Security Officer(s) is $40.00 per hour per officer, minimum 4 hours.

Please alert security if you anticipate extensive media interest in your event so arrangements can be made for a press room to accommodate reporters. If your event is controversial or highly publicized, advance notice to security will ensure that adequate staff is on hand so your event runs as smoothly as possible.VIP escorts can be arranged, as can alternate entrance and exit points.
